We had been searching for months for the right daycare for our daughter.  Our priorities demanded a safe and quality childcare facility that was within a reasonable distance from our home.  We were delighted to discover a newly opened Kiddie Korner right in our own community!   With a specially designed curriculum, home-cooked healthy meals and the ability to accommodate our part-time day care needs, we were thrilled!  We especially liked the fact that it was created and is managed by two local moms who, like myself, recognized the need for local childcare and preschool opportunities. 

Knowing that not every child transitions easily into a new setting, Andrea, Brenda and the teachers were very attentive in helping our daughter to become comfortable in her new surroundings.  They also understood a parent’s anxiety over their child’s first introduction to a new environment and even called me during her first day to let me know how well she was doing.  They had discovered what worked best for her to transition as easily as possible and she did beautifully! 

We have been delighted with the teachers as they are obviously dedicated to their students and work with each child’s personality according to their individual needs.  The children respond well to them and our daughter looks forward to seeing her teacher and her friends each day!  The weekly themes and activities are very creative, engaging and educational. The children’s artwork and projects are colorfully displayed for all to enjoy.  They are even planning to involve the children in planting a garden this spring! My daughter has been exposed to so many wonderful experiences that we can easily see how much she has grown in the few short months since starting at Kiddie Korner. 

Each time we walk in the door we are greeted with friendly faces and lively surroundings.  Andrea, Brenda and the teachers will always have time to discuss any questions and are eager to share news with you about your child’s day.  We are so grateful for Kiddie Korner, it is definitely an asset to our community!
